I began seeing Dr. Captain in 2004 for infertility
issues I was experiencing as a result
of polycystic ovarian syndrome. After the
first month, I was able to tell that something
was happening to me in a positive way.
During the time I was being treated by Dr.
Captain, I was also being monitored
by a reproductive endocrinologist. After
the first month, we were able to see the
positive effects of my
acupuncture sessions through my bloodwork. In addition,
my cycles and regular ovulation returned.
I am now the proud parent of a 2 1⁄2 year old daughter.
I truly believe that my treatments with
Dr. Captain helped me to accomplish that.
In addition to the infertility issues, I
was also seeing Dr. Captain for treatment of migraine symptoms
and painful joints. I don’t know how she does it,
but she was always able to alleviate the pain through the acupuncture
session. Dr. Captain is truly heaven sent. She
is very compassionate and truly cares for her patients. I
am thankful and appreciative of the time that she served as
my physician. Her center is truly a “family healing
center”.

I recently encountered severe back spasms
from a back injury several years ago. The spasms came back
waking
me during the night along with the sore stiff

At the age of 11, my daughter began experiencing
severe headaches. Some were accompanied by vomiting. They
developed into migraines accompanied by severe dizziness. We
eventually had to take her out of school as she could not last
more than an hour before having to come home. We visited
several doctors and hospitals. She underwent EKGs, EEGs,
MRIs and other testing. We tried several medications,
one that made her lose weight and another that caused her heart
rate to increase substantially. When the third medication
was prescribed and we were told that it could cause liver damage,
we decided to try accupuncture. We practically had to
carry our daughter into Christina Captains office but after the
first appointment she came out of the office smiling which
we had not seen in a long time. We continued to visit Dr.
Captain with each visit's results lasting longer and longer. The
accupuncture and JMT techniques that Dr. Captain used worked
miracles on our daughter. With her techniques she
transformed our daughter from a child that had constant pain
and dizziness into a smiling happy child. We were not

Thanks to you and the acupuncture sessions,
I can now walk with little or no pain. As you may recall, I
stepped into a hole in September 2006 and twisted my knee to
the point that I hobbled and could not walk far. I went through
physical therapy and also visited an orthopedic doctor who
gave me a prescription for a walker. I came to Florida for
a winter stay and did all my holiday shopping using a mall
scooter. Believe me, it was not fun. Then I came to you, very
apprehensive, and started acupuncture treatments. You not only
put me at ease about acupuncture, but I immediately started
to notice a difference in the length of time I could walk.
By the time I returned to Indiana, in February 2007, I was
walking without any trouble.
